Trying to find valuable nutrition information for taking your multisport performances to the next level? Look no further.
USA Triathlon is offering a free webinar on Wednesday, July 23 at 3 p.m. Mountain time. This one-hour webinar, open to all USA Triathlon members, will provide detailed information on race-day nutrition for triathletes. It will be presented by Bob Seebohar, MS, RD, CSSD, CSCS, an expert in the field of nutrition.
USA Triathlon certified coaches will earn one CEU for participating.
The webinar is limited to 96 participants. USAT is exploring the possibility of offering a recording of the webinar at a later date. Details will be posted on the website when available.

About the presenter
Bob Seebohar, MS, RD, CSSD, CSCS is a Sport Dietitian for the U.S. Olympic Committee and a USA Triathlon Certified Level III Elite Coach.
Bob has an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science and two graduate degrees: one in Health and Exercise Science and the other in Food Science and Human Nutrition. He is a trained exercise physiologist as well as a certified strength and conditioning coach. He currently serves as the head strength coach and sport dietitian for the USA Triathlon National Team.
Bob was on the performance coaching team for Susan Williams, 2004 Olympic Triathlon Bronze medalist, and is the personal coach for Sarah Haskins Kortuem, 2008 Olympic Triathlete.
Practicing what he preaches, he is a competitive endurance athlete having completed numerous multisport races including six Ironman events, the Boston Marathon, the Leadville 100-mile mountain bike race and the Leadville 100-mile trail run.
